Harbor Logistics LLC, a Charleston, S.C.-based diversified logistics company and a Nova Infrastructure portfolio company, has acquired ATS Logistics, a provider of transportation and warehousing services in Charleston.
Headquartered in Charleston, ATS is a drayage provider for the Port of Charleston and has a strategically located warehouse that includes a centralized examination station for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection in Charleston. ATS will operate as part of the Harbor Logistics platform.
