Northleaf Capital Partners has raised an addition $4 billion in commitments in 2021 from North American, European and Asian Investors. After fundraising across the firm’s three core private markets investment programs, Northleaf now has raised over $18 billion in capital commitments.

The firm demonstrates strong investor interest in the firm’s investment strategies with 200 institutional investors committed globally. In addition, the firm also recently closed its second closed-end private credit fund, raising over $900 million. The firm’s third closed-end OECD-focused mid-market infrastructure fund also closed with an additional $1.4 billion.

“We continue to see strong demand for our mid-market global private markets strategies and are actively working with investors to identify opportunities to generate long-term value for them and the beneficiaries they represent,” said Stuart Waugh, managing partner at Northleaf. “With support from existing and new investors, Northleaf has generated significant growth across all aspects of our platform.”
