U.S. Foot & Ankle Specialists LLC, a provider of podiatric services and a portfolio company of NMS Capital, has bought Affiliated Podiatrists PC, a Newport News, Va.-based podiatric care provider.
AP aims to benefit from USFAS’s administrative and support services, including investments in clinical compliance, information technology, electronic medical records, revenue cycle management, payor credentialing and contracting, finance and accounting, human resources and business development. AP will continue to be led by Howard Roesen.
