NewSpring, through NewSpring Healthcare, has led a financing round in Patheous Health, a provider of mobile and onsite dysphagia diagnostics services.
Patheous Health focuses on dysphagia healthcare and swallowing impairment conditions for patients and caregivers in skilled nursing facilities and senior care sites through a mobile delivery model. The company offers services that look to improve outcomes, drive access to care and lower healthcare costs for patients. The company will use the proceeds from the transaction to support growth and expand into new markets, as well as pursue strategic hires.
