Newlight Partners LP, a growth equity investment firm, has promoted Joshua Ho-Walker to partner and James Antoniotti and Kristian Hila to principal.

Ho-Walker joined the firm in 2008 and lead the firm’s thematic investments in evolution of bandwidth consumption. Before Newlight, Ho-Walker served with Merill Lynch. Antoniotti joined the Newlight team in 2016 and spends his efforts on investments across a spectrum of sectors. Prior to Newlight, he worked as an investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Hila has been with Newlight since 2016 and concentrates on investments across themes and sectors. Additionally, Hila also worked as an investment banker at Bank of America Merill Lynch before joining Newlight.
