New State Capital Partners has acquired Patuxent Roofing & Contracting, a provider of re-roofing services.
Patuxent Roofing & Contracting is an independent provider of roofing installation, waterproofing, and related services. Patuxent focuses on re-roofing services for government, institutional, and industrial end markets.
