VMG Health, a healthcare strategy and transaction advisory firm and a portfolio company of Northlane Capital Partners, has acquired BSM Consulting, a healthcare consulting firm with offices in Reno, Nev. and Phoenix, Ariz.
Founded in 1978 by Bruce Maller, BSM Consulting offers practice management consulting and compliance experience to clients in ophthalmology and medical aesthetic organizations in addition to ambulatory surgery centers through its progressive surgical solutions division. BSM’s consulting services are complemented by a suite of business management tools and an online learning platform. BSM adds new services, including subscription-based membership programs, recruitment and leadership development resources that look to drive VMG Health’s commitment to providing an expanded set of services to help its clients.
