Montecito Medical, an owner of medical office properties through the U.S., has acquired a facility housing a histology lab in Bedford, Texas.
The property offers 16,328 square feet and is 100% leased to Texas Digestive Disease Consultants, a professional association of 230 board-certified gastroenterologists. The group is a part of GI Alliance, a network of gastroenterology experts.
The acquisition is an extension of a portfolio of medical office properties in the greater Dallas area that Montecito is in the process of purchasing.
