Monroe Capital LLC, a boutique asset management firm focused on private credit markets across various strategies, has acquired Horizon Technology Finance Management LLC.
Horizon Technology Finance Management is an investment advisor to Horizon Technology Finance Corp. Horizon has deployed over $3 billion in loan commitments across more than 315 venture-backed companies since its founding in 2004.
