Mitratech, a legal, compliance and HR software company, has acquired Circa, an Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and DEI software provider, and Trakstar, a talent acquisition, development and performance management service, from Turn/River Capital.
Circa, based in Milwaukee and founded in 1994, offers a portfolio of software services and industry experience, working to give employers the tools to change their approach to talent acquisition and management. Circa has over 5,000 customers and 15,500 community partner relationships. Trakstar serves over 3,000 customers like Dyson, Ben & Jerry’s and Make A Wish, offering services to help equip HR teams with talent acquisition, training and performance management technology.
