Midwest Products & Engineering, a BPOC portfolio company, has acquired Racine Metal-Fab, Ltd. This is the second recent acquisition made by Midwest.
RMF is a provider in the fabrication of highly aesthetic and complex precision sheet metal components and sub-assemblies. RMF brings experience in light gauge materials, soft and hard tooling design and assembly and logistics services.
The deal will enhance MPE’s concept to completion model and expand its service offerings to medical device and technology manufacturers. RMF will help MPE expand into the medical and technology OEM services market as the two firms have natural strategic and synergistic fit.
