Midwest Mobility Solutions has merged with Slayton Wireless, and the combined company has rebranded as Alliance Mobile.
Alliance Mobile is a new AT&T national authorized retailer with 160 stores in 11 states. Alliance Mobile is backed by Centre Partners. This new combined leadership team is committed to growth while achieving customer experience and results consistent with AT&T’s strategy.
Centre Partners is a private equity firm focused on the consumer and healthcare sectors. Centre has invested approximately $2.6 billion of equity capital in 89 transactions since its inception.
