Microsoft has acquired Minit, a provider of process mining technology enabling businesses to create opportunities for continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.

The firm enables clients to transform the way they analyze, monitor, and optimize processes. Minit’s services assist firms to gain insights into processes, root causes of operational challenges and mitigate undesirable process outcomes. The deal is intended to empower Microsoft customers to digitally transform and drive operational excellence through data processing.
