Melody Investment Advisors, an alternative asset manager focused on communications infrastructure, has closed its Melody Communications Infrastructure Fund II at $1.95 billion. The fund closed oversubscribed and exceeded its target by 30 percent.
Current investments from the fund include CTI Towers, an owner and operator of wireless towers across the U.S.; Harmoni Towers, a tower builder; and a portfolio of growing cell sites and easements from Symphony Wireless.
