Mobile Communications America Inc., a provider of wireless communication services for the safety, security and operating efficiency of workplaces, has acquired Communications Electronics Inc., a full-service communications company headquartered in Timonium, Md.
Since 1976, Communications Electronics has been offering connections for public safety agencies, schools, hospitals and enterprises. The addition of Communication Electronics aims to strengthen MCA’s footprint in the mid-Atlantic region.
