May River Capital has acquired Spiroflow, a material handling equipment provider and control systems integration provider. Sprioflow will be housed in May River’s new platform company, Automated Handling Solutions, along with Cablevey Conveyors, which May River acquired in December 2021.

Spiroflow offers handling equipment and complementary automation services in the industry, including screw conveyors, bulk material filling and integrated control services. Cablevey Conveyors is a conveyor manufacturer that designs, engineers, assembles and services tubular drag cable and disc conveyor services.
