Max Solutions, a packaging company focused on healthcare and consumer segments, has purchased the Ellis Group, a Canadian-based folding carton company.
The Ellis Group looks to help companies in all industries improve their packaging with customized paperboard carton services. The company operates three manufacturing facilities in Ontario.
