MarineMax, Inc, a recreational boat and yacht retailer, has acquired Intrepid Powerboats, a manufacturer of powerboats.

Intrepid Powerboats is a producer of customized boats, carefully reflecting the unique wants and needs of each individual owner. The firm follows a direct-to-consumer distribution model and has produced over $60 million in revenue over the last 12 months.
