M/C Partners, a private equity firm focused on the digital infrastructure and technology services sectors, has made an investment in Celito, a communications and managed services provider to businesses using its fiber network.
Celito was established in 1999 and is based in Raleigh. The investment looks to provide Celito with the resources and capital to expand its fiber network and service offerings in Raleigh and beyond. The partnership between M/C Partners and Celito represents a shared vision to drive innovation, empower businesses, and contribute to the growth of the North Carolina business community.
