LP First Capital and Trive Capital, two private equity firms, have formed Cascade Services, a family of brands within the home services industry.
Cascade Services is a residential tri-trade services platform. The company was founded to partner with heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing and electrical contractors with residential service technicians across the southern U.S. The formation comes in combination with the acquisitions of four residential HVAC and electrical contractors in Florida, including Mid-Florida Heating and Air, Aztil Air Conditioning, Extreme Air and Electric and Air Boca.
