Lookout, a developer of cloud-based security software, has bought an online identity solutions company based in Europe that works as a password manager for both consumers and businesses.
The deal expands Lookout’s consumer and SMB offerings while bringing additional cloud infrastructure expertise.
Lookout has raised $282.3M in funding over nine rounds.
