LLR Partners, a private equity firm, has invested in and combined AgriNomix and Zwart Systems, firms in the Controlled Environment Agriculture automation sector. The newly formed firm will operate as part of AdeptAg.
The combination allows the firms to deliver automation and irrigation services for production needs.
