Technical Safety Services, a provider of testing, inspection, certification and calibration services to customers in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare and other life sciences end markets and a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, has acquired Controlled Environment Management LLC.
Based in Gilbert, Ariz., CEM offers controlled environment testing, validation, certification and calibration services required in regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare settings. The transaction marks TSS’s seventh since being acquired by LLCP in 2022.
