Technical Safety Services, a provider of testing, inspection, certification and calibration (TICC) services to customers in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare and other life sciences end markets and a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, has acquired Precision Air Technology Inc.
Based in Morrisville, N.C., Precision is a provider of controlled environment testing and certification services for pharmaceutical and healthcare settings. The acquisition of Precision is TSS’s sixth since being acquired by LLCP in 2022.
