In-Place Machining, a provider of field machining and measurement and alignment services for infrastructure and industrial equipment and a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, has purchased Western Machine Works LLC.
Headquartered in Portland, Ore., WMW offers mechanical design, repair and maintenance services for precision parts. The company serves clients across end markets including pulp and paper, naval and marine and wind and hydroelectric power.
