Capsa Healthcare, a workflow products provider for the healthcare sector and a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners LLC, has bought Tryten Technologies Inc.

Based in Vancouver, B.C., Canada, Tryten offers non-powered carts focused on telehealth services. The company develops technology services that aim to help healthcare providers to better serve patients through bedside virtual care, remote patient monitoring, medical device affixtures and patient self-registration and check-in. The acquisition of Tryten is Capsa’s fifth acquisition during LLCP’s ownership.

“Tryten’s products are highly regarded by customers and add an exciting solution to Capsa’s portfolio that uniquely positions us to serve our healthcare provider partners with the widest product portfolio available to further provide expanded virtual care, improved patient engagement, and efficient mobility for medical devices,” comments Eric Webb, chief executive officer of Capsa.
