Specialty Networks, a group purchasing organization (GPO) serving independent medical practices, pharmaceutical companies, and medical device companies and backed by Linden Capital Partners, has bought Gastrologix LLC, a GI-focused GPO.
Specialty Networks looks to bring its suite of data and technology services to Gastrologix members, aiming to drive positive patient outcomes and create value for independent GI practices and industry partners.
