Arsenal Capital Partners, a private equity firm that specializes in investments in healthcare and industrial companies, has completed a majority recapitalization of BioIVT Inc. with Linden Capital Partners, a Chicago-based healthcare private equity firm.
Headquartered in Westbury, New York, BioIVT is a provider of biological specimens and services for the academic research, pharmaceutical, and diagnostics discovery and development markets.
