Lincolnshire Management, a private equity firm focused on investing in and acquiring middle-market companies, has hired David Corbin and John Waldron to the firm’s team of operating partners. Corbin and Waldron will work with management teams and investment professionals to build value within Lincolnshire portfolio companies.

Corbin has been chief executive officer of several companies throughout his career, primarily in the furniture, bedding and clothing industries. He was most recently CEO of American Silk Mills, a U.S.-based subsidiary of Sutlej Textiles. Corbin began his career at Procter & Gamble, becoming brand manager of new products, where he launched Pert Shampoo. He also previously served as CEO of a Lincolnshire Fund V portfolio company, Remediate8.

Waldron joins after a career at a previous Lincolnshire portfolio company, Schumacher Electric Co., where he was promoted to president, CEO and vice-chairman after serving in positions of increasing responsibility including vice president of operations and executive vice president. He also served in various roles at MagneTek Corp.
