LG Capital Investors, the family office of Lawrence Guffey, has acquired a stake in 4×4 Capital, a New York-based investment platform focused on the consumer, services and industrial sectors.
4×4 recently deployed its second fund, making an investment in Yelloh (formerly known as Schwan’s Home Delivery). This investment aims to help 4×4 to establish a second platform in the food industry, applying its strategic and operational resources and network to build growth and value creation.
