Lessen, a platform that connects property owners and service professionals has acquired EPM Build, a single-family residences (SFR) maintenance provider.
Upon the closing of the transaction, Lessen will welcome a team of 30 field project managers to help facilitate market expansion.
Lessen’s platform is currently being used by over 1,800 service providers across more than 30 markets. The platform is projected to grow through its partnership with EPM Build.
