Leeds Equity Partners, a New York-based private equity firm focused on partnering with management teams in the education, training and information services industries, has acquired TalentNeuron, a provider of human capital data and insights subscription services to corporations, government organizations and educational institutions, from Gartner Inc.

TalentNeuron offers subscription data services and research and advisory insights that help over 700 organizations develop their human capital management strategies and address their significant people, skills and resource challenges using a data-informed approach with insights, analytics and advice on a global basis. The acquisition of TalentNeuron builds upon Leeds Equity’s sector franchise in research, data and insight businesses and its work across the human capital management sector.
