Latch Inc., a maker of building enterprise software-as-a-service platform LatchOS, has agreed to acquire Honest Day’s Work, Ring founder Jamie Siminoff‘s latest company focused on helping residential service providers operate more efficiently and independently through technology.
Siminoff will later assume the role as Latch’s new CEO. The deal aims to drive Latch’s mission of making spaces better places to live, work and visit while working to develop HDW’s abilities.
