Matrix Imaging Solutions, a provider of data-driven document design, e-services, direct mailing and printing and a portfolio company of Lakelet Capital LLC, has purchased DataProse in Dallas, Texas.
DataProse offers transactional business document design, output and presentation services. The company is focused on helping its client communicate with customers while lowering billing costs, driving payment cycles and eliminating billing errors.
