Lafayette Square, an impact-driven, minority-owned investment platform, has hired Caitlin McLaughlin as Chief People Officer. McLaughlin, who formerly served as executive vice president at PNC Financial Services Group, will oversee human resources for Lafayette Square as it continues to build its team.
