KPS Capital Partners, a private equity firm and manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of investment funds with approximately $14.1 billion of assets under management, has promoted Rahul Sevani to partner.

As a partner, Rahul will work alongside KPS’s senior leadership team to continue to create value for investors globally. Sevani has been with the firm since 2012, working to develop and drive the firm’s investment strategy and successful acquisition of assets across a range of industries, including branded consumer products and general manufacturing.

“Rahul’s contributions to KPS over the past decade are truly extraordinary,” states Michael Psaros and David Shapiro, KPS co-founders and managing partners. “Rahul is a leader and an exemplar of KPS’ values and culture. We look forward to working with our new partner to continue to create value for our investors by seeing value where others do not, buying right and making businesses better.”
