Kline Hill Partners, a small-deal focused private equity secondaries firm, has added Raudel Yanez as a managing director focused on GP-led transactions across North America.
Yanez joins the firm with experience with secondary transaction structuring, origination, due diligence, execution, and syndication. Before his time with Kline Hill, Yanez served as a director with Spring Bridge Partners where he was one of the first members of the firm’s middle-market secondary market team.
