KKR, a global investment firm, has completed its acquisition of Barracuda Networks from Thoma Bravo. The deal was originally reported on April 22nd, 2022.
Barracuda is a cloud-first provider of cybersecurity services for small and medium-sized enterprises. The firm protects the email, networks, applications, and data of over 200,000 customers.
