PlayOn! Sports, a high school sports media and technology firm, has merged with GoFan, a high school sports digital ticketing service. The strategic combination was supported by an additional investment from KKR, which joined Panoramic Ventures as an investor in 2022.

PlayOn! operates the NFHS Network, a provider of live and on-demand high school sports content across the 50 U.S. states. GoFun provides a digital ticketing services for millions of high school sports fan across the country. Additionally, GoFun is an existing partner to 40 of NFHS’ member associations.
