Groundworks, a foundation and water management services company and backed by KKR, has expanded in Washington state with its acquisition of Seattle-based Matvey Foundation Repair Inc.
Since 1997, Matvey Foundation Repair provides foundation repair, waterproofing and concrete leveling services. The team also provides concrete floor coating systems for residential and commercial applications. This represents the first Groundworks location in the Pacific Northwest.
