KKR has acquired Ness Digital Engineering, a digital services transformation company, from the Rohatyn Group.

Headquartered in Teaneck, N.J., Ness is a provider of digital transformation services that focuses on building digital software products and services. Ness looks to help organizations plan, build and evolve their digital services to enter new markets, acquire new revenue and gain operational efficiencies. The company offers digital practices including cloud engineering, data and analytics, experience design, intelligence engineering and salesforce for businesses in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
