Kian Capital Partners, a middle-market private investment firm, has made a strategic investment in Sdii Global Corp., a forensic engineering and earth sciences firm.
Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Tampa, Sdii Global focuses on claim resolution support for the property and casualty insurance industry. Kian looks to work with management to expand the company’s services, introduce new service offerings and grow its geographic footprint. Kian first invested in Sdii Global in 2016 to support management’s purchase of the business from the company’s founder.
