KeyBanc Capital Markets, the corporate and investment banking arm of KeyCorp., has promoted David Mastrangelo to head of equity capital markets.
Previously, Mastrangelo served as co-head of equity capital markets along with Dave Gruber, who recently announced his departure. Mastrangelo joined KBCM as head of the firm’s technology equity capital markets group in September 2018. Prior to that, he led the technology equity capital markets practice at Jefferies and was head of TMT equity capital markets at Citigroup.
“David’s efforts to leverage his expertise and contacts to benefit the broader organization and success in winning business have positioned him to lead the equity origination team,” says Doug Preiser, chief operating officer of KeyBanc Capital Markets.
