Kensing, a manufacturer of high-purity surfactants and a portfolio company of One Rock Capital Partners, has acquired Vitae Naturals, a producer of vitamin E derivatives.
Vitae Naturals manufactures plant sterol esters under the vitasterol brand and natural vitamin E.
