Juniper Capital Management, a Dallas-based private equity firm, has added Justin Potter to the firm as principal.
Potter will be responsible for the origination, execution and monitoring of portfolio investments, as well as contributing to the ongoing firm strategy. Prior to joining Juniper, Potter was a vice president at White Deer Private Equity in Houston, where he helped lead the buildout of the firm’s industrial services and business services investment sectors. Before that, he was a senior associate at Rotunda Capital in Washington, D.C., where he invested in middle-market companies across business services, distribution/logistics, industrials and financial services sectors. He started his career in strategy consulting at Ernst & Young.
