Jamestown Coating Technologies, a manufacturer of industrial paints, has bought Yenkin-Majestic Paint, a manufacturer of coatings.
Yenkin-Majestic Paint is the owner of OPC Polymers, an American supplier of coatings resins. OPC Polymers offers services in alkyd, copolymer, and specialty resins.
“The acquisition of the YM-Industrial portfolio of products is an excellent strategic fit for Jamestown,” said Michael Walton, CEO of Jamestown Coatings. “This product portfolio will benefit Jamestown’s existing customers by leveraging Yenkin-Majestic’s long history of developing high performance, environmentally friendly paints and coatings.”
