J.C. Flowers & Co. LLC, a private investment firm investing in financial services, has added Louis Vachon as an operating partner.
Louis Vachon joins the firm from National Bank of Canada where he most recently served as president and CEO since 2007. Vachon is a banking industry veteran and joins the firm following his retirement in October.
