iVenture Solutions, a managed services provider, has acquired Gwanda, an IT services provider.
Gwanda is a St. Augustine-based technology services company focused on network design, installation, maintenance, and administration for small to mid-sized businesses in Northern Florida. The deal represents another milestone in iVenture’s growth strategy, which includes expanding its service offerings and geographic footprint.
