Investcorp, a global alternative investment firm, has acquired S&S Truck Parts, an independent distributor of private label and branded aftermarket truck parts.
S&S provides high-quality, engineered aftermarket truck parts to over 1,500 customers. The firm delivers its products to OEMs, OE dealerships, independent warehouse distributors, and service shops. Investcorp’s acquisition will focus on promoting organic growth within S&S through product and geographic expansion while also completing strategic, add-on purchases.
