Interim HealthCare Inc., a franchise network of home care, senior care, home health, hospice and healthcare staffing services, has acquired Interim HealthCare of the Treasure Coast.
Interim HC of the Treasure Coast services the communities of West Palm Beach and Port St. Lucie, Florida. Earlier in 2021, Interim also acquired Interim HealthCare of San Diego, marking the first acquisition within the network domestically in over a year.
The acquisition comes with the retirement of owners of the Treasure Coast franchise, Jan Wahby and Shawn Griffin. The sale returns the firm back to its parent brand where the owner’s legacy will remain in the business as it moves forward.
